About the Role

As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, you will make a significant impact by managing workplace relations issues, conducting investigations and driving outcomes. This role involves delivering expert advice, coaching stakeholders, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cases, investigating incidents, and developing strategies for successful resolution.
  • Providing specialist advice, training, and coaching to managers and stakeholders on workplace relations matters.
  • Briefing and advising on complex employment law matters, including Fair Work Act 2009 and enterprise agreements.
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders, unions, and employer organisations to drive business outcomes.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to diagnose challenges, develop innovative solutions, and coach stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proven experience in labor relations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
