Job Summary

We are seeking an Intermediate Test Analyst to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions. As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for writing and executing test cases to ensure the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and execute test cases to ensure quality is delivered to an extensive client base
  • Work on current BAU projects or large Programs of work for new implementations
  • Analysis and preparation of test cases
  • Execution of test cases and preparation of a clear test log, showing outcomes
  • Undertake testing on existing processes
  • Retrieve data where necessary to execute test cases
Requirements
  • Good understanding of the software implementation cycle, what needs to be tested and why behind it
  • Knowledge of requirements review, test case development and execution along with test reporting
  • Excellent technical skills including SQL, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Interest or experience with Billing and or CRM systems, even better combined with Utility industry experience
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills and an exceptional eye for detail
  • Team player, able to work alongside technical teams as part of projects
