Urgent Care Nursing Professional

This role involves working as a vital team member in an Urgent Care setting, providing high-quality nursing support and ensuring all patients receive appropriate care. The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse and experience in a primary care environment.
About the Position- Assist Registered Nurses (RN) in delivering patient care for injuries or illnesses.
- Perform various care activities including administering vaccinations, wound care, plastering, and providing patient education.
- Conduct diagnostic tests relevant to the patient's condition as directed by RN.
- Provide high-quality patient care, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Participate in workplace health and safety practices, ensuring all incidents and hazards are reported.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care activities.
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Experience in a primary care setting with a focus on chronic disease management, prevention, and health promotion is desirable.
