The key responsibility is providing support to our customers and technicians.

  • Qualifying leads and booking in-home consultations for measure and quotes.">
  • Placing orders on suppliers and entering orders into the system.">
  • Receiving goods and booking installation dates with customers.">
  • Responding to a wide range of customer inquiries, liaising with suppliers, sales, installers.">
  • Assisting customers in the showroom.">
  • General administration.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • ">
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Customer Service position in a small business.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.">
  • Strong computer skills preferably with Word, Excel and MYOB (training can be provided).">
  • Strong organisational skills.">
  • Maturity to handle working in a very busy environment.">
">Working Conditions

This role has lots of variety and responsibility. You will be working with and reporting to the Operations Manager.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

">

Initial Interviews will be via Teams or Zoom with the final meeting being face to face with the Operations Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service person to join our team.

Key responsibilities include qualifying leads, placing orders, receiving goods and responding to customer inquiries.

For this role you will need excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills and maturity to handle working in a busy environment.

If you have at least 3 years' experience as a Customer Service position in a small business, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that training can be provided for those who require it.

Affording assistance in the showroom and general administration duties are also part of this exciting opportunity.
