About this Role:

  • We are seeking a results-driven Store Operations Manager to oversee and supervise daily store operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step, and possess excellent leadership skills.
  • A background in retail or trade, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations, is essential for success in this role.
  • This position requires strong mechanical/automotive parts knowledge, as well as the ability to prioritize safety and maintain a safe work environment.
  • The successful candidate will also have flexible availability, hold a valid driver's license, and have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead by example and create a culture of service excellence within the team.
  • To develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.
  • To manage resources effectively, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
