Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Functional Owner to lead the strategic direction, governance, and value realisation of our Oracle EPM platform across all Finance modules.

This role will ensure investments into EPM capabilities continuously evolve to meet evolving business needs and finance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the EPM product functionality and feature roadmap.
  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of EPM solutions.
  • Monitor business outcomes and user satisfaction.
  • Transformation responsibilities:
    • Lead overall finance for business case creation for transformation funding into Oracle EPM modules.
    • Lead overall finance functional for Oracle EPM transformation projects.
  • Continuous Improvement responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with finance SMEs and finance system accountants/business analysts to shape functional requirements.
    • Lead backlog grooming and governance forums with finance stakeholders.
    • Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value.
  • Operational responsibilities:
    • Work with finance stakeholders to prioritise fixes and coordinate cross team resolution efforts where required on system issues.
    • Collaborate with digital to design interim workarounds, manage communications and issuance to teams.
