Personal Injuries Litigation Specialist

Job Overview

Crown Law seeks a skilled Personal Injuries Litigation Specialist to conduct complex legal work, including damages claims. This role involves providing supervision and guidance to other team members while promoting Crown Law services to client departments.

  • The ideal candidate will have six years of PAE experience in personal injuries litigation in Australia and admission as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
  • They will be enrolled or eligible for enrolment in the Federal and High Courts of Australia and possess extensive knowledge of Uniform Civil Procedure Rules and relevant Workers' Compensation legislation.
Key Responsibilities

This position requires negotiating skilfully, writing succinctly, and liaising with government departments and corporations. The successful candidate will provide training on legal matters and contribute to the growth of the organisation through their expertise.

Requirements
  • Six years of PAE experience in personal injuries litigation in Australia.
  • Admission as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland and enrolment or eligibility for enrolment in the Federal and High Courts of Australia.
  • Extensive knowledge of Uniform Civil Procedure Rules and relevant Workers' Compensation legislation.
