Work Program Manager

The Work Program Manager is a key member of the branch leadership team. This role drives the section's work program to achieve strategic objectives. It leads facilities management and personal/physical security activities.

  • Collaborate with business areas for agency-wide planning and reporting
  • Provide direction on facilities and property planning
  • Implement the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and manage personal/physical security
  • Manage office fit-outs, facility maintenance and emergencies
  • Oversee procurement and contract services
  • Lead small multidisciplinary teams

This role requires a culture of quality service delivery and open communication. Ensure client needs are effectively managed.

In addition, provide high-quality advice on security education and awareness strategies.
