Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and autonomous professional to fill this role.

This is a multi-functional position requiring a versatile individual adept at managing various tasks across customer service, event support, diary management, marketing, product support, and process maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints.
    • Process orders, manage returns and refunds, and provide product information.
    • Maintain customer records and escalate complex issues as necessary.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and collect feedback.
  • Event Support:
    • Manage incoming calls, bookings, and customer queries.
    • Assist customers in choosing suitable training and product options and process booking requests.
    • Handle cancellations, rescheduling requests, and resolve issues.
  • Diary Management & Appointment Support:
    • Coordinate schedules and maintain accurate booking records.
    • Support internal stakeholders and complete administrative tasks.
  • Product Support:
    • Support learning platforms and manage group requests.
    • Monitor live webinars and maintain products.
  • Process Set Up & Maintenance:
    • Map processes, document, train teams, and maintain procedures.
    • Set up and maintain processes in Asana.
  • Team Support:
    • Participate in team meetings and provide Slack support.
