The Senior Regulatory Officer will be responsible for applying contemporary regulatory strategies to protect children and foster community confidence.
Main Responsibilities:- Apply relevant legislation, standards, policies, and guidelines fairly and consistently when undertaking regulatory functions.
- Develop positive relationships with service providers and stakeholders to achieve regulatory objectives.
- Implement consistent, transparent, and robust regulatory practice in accordance with the legislation.
- Provide recommendations informed by data and analysis of evidence.
- Identify and respond to risk through application of risk-based decision making.
- Experienced regulatory professional with investigative and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work closely with colleagues to resolve complex matters.
