We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Research Specialist to join our team at the Women's and Children's Health Network in North Adelaide.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of research initiatives that improve mental health outcomes for children and adolescents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing foundational research principles and strategies, designing and leading research projects, conducting reviews to assess organizational capacity, and providing advanced clinical services as needed.

In this role, you will work closely with allied health, nursing, and medical staff, as well as service managers and stakeholders, to support service development and meet client needs and demand. Your expertise will enable us to provide high-quality care and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Psychology (Master's Degree in Clinical or Health Psychology) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Psychology Board of Australia, with general registration and endorsement in the clinical and/or health psychology area of practice. You will also possess approved supervisor status with the Psychology Board of Australia, qualified to supervise at all levels, and extensive experience in presenting evaluation, research, and project outcomes to professional audiences.
