Trainee Customer Field Technician I Adelaide Metro

We are seeking a Trainee Customer Field Technician to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our operations team, you will work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet.

The successful applicant will be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements and will work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship.

You will be part of a professional, trusted, and essential customer-facing workforce, working alongside experts in the field to complete your traineeship and learn how to be a Customer Field Technician.

In this role, you will contribute to something important and lasting - a network that spans our country, bringing unlimited possibilities to Australian homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet
  • Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements
  • Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship
