About the Job

We're seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Product and Technical Support Specialist. In this challenging role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with suppliers and brand partners to stay up-to-date on technical developments and share best practices within our organization.
  • Product Testing and Introductions: Assist with product testing and new product introductions, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Documentation and Resource Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive library of product specs, service info, and technical resources, making it easy for customers and internal teams to access the information they need.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical/hydraulic equipment, and petrol/diesel engines.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to all types of audiences.
  • An analytical mindset and ability to interpret service manuals and technical documentation.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills and a valid Australian driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally overseas.
