Senior Living Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Living Operations Lead to oversee the daily management of our villages in Southport and Arundel.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with older adults and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A strong understanding of retirement village living, along with experience in customer service and team management, is highly regarded.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the village, including maintenance, financial performance, safety, and security.

This role involves enhancing resident satisfaction by fostering a dynamic and inclusive community built on professionalism, mutual respect, and open communication.

You will own the compliance process for the village by performing scheduled audits, checklists, and administrative activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational experience in retirement living;
  • Customer service and team management skills;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word and Excel);
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload and achieve objectives;
  • Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members;
  • Confident communication style with a supportive and compassionate nature;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
