What we are looking for in ideal candidate:

  • At least 3 years of work experience as Restaurant Manager in quality establishment
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Good knowledge of food, wine and beverages
  • Good communication and organisational skills along with sound decision making
  • Ability to lead and manage large top performing team

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and managing large top performing team
  • Roster and inventory management
  • Staff training and development
  • Assisting with organisation of events and functions
  • Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Hosting and reservation management
