**Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager Role**

As a key member of our Front Office team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team to success. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check-in and Check-out Procedures: Process and assist with check-in, check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered too.
  • Guest Requests: Be proactive and resourceful when attending to guest requests.
  • Complaint Resolution: Have the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests
  • Hotel Operations: Hold responsibility and accountability for the efficient operation of the hotel in the absence of senior management.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure policies, procedures, rates and general hotel information are communicated to the team.
