Job Summary

This strategic technology leadership role involves defining a compelling digital vision, leading high-performing teams and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the organisation's technology strategy, focusing on sustainable innovation and scalable solutions
  • Oversee software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems functions to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals
  • Lead the delivery of critical projects, prioritising timely and cost-effective outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
  • Build and mentor diverse teams across local and offshore operations, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing and continuous learning
  • Establish and enhance governance frameworks, ensuring robust risk management and cybersecurity practices that protect organisational assets
  • Partner with executive leaders to align technology priorities with commercial objectives, driving business value through informed decision-making
  • Manage technology investments to maximise ROI, leveraging vendor relationships and budgeting expertise to support business success
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, encompassing infrastructure and software development
  • A proven track record in successful enterprise transformation and system integration programs, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
  • Strong technical foundation in modern architectures, development frameworks and databases, with a focus on innovation and scalability
  • Deep knowledge of IT service management, governance and cybersecurity best practices, enabling effective risk mitigation and compliance
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of engaging executives and securing buy-in for key initiatives
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors and distributed teams, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results in complex environments
  • Industry exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or high-automation sectors will be highly valued
