We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at St Luke's Long Day Care and Kindergarten in Capalaba. As an educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children aged 6 months to kindergarten.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote quality care and education.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards) OR an equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.
  • A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the child care industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
