We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Brisbane team providing outstanding service and support to valued customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and supporting Colour and B&W print production equipment and ancillary products with associated software and service solutions.

Working within the Brisbane Team, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on-site corrective and preventative maintenance on customer equipment.

As part of your role, you will receive practical benefits including a company-provided vehicle, mobile phone, and other tools necessary to help you succeed on the job and stay connected with your team.

Technical field service experience ideally with production printers, digital presses, or high-volume print systems is highly desirable.

  • Strong mechanical electrical and software troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • A solid understanding of network connectivity, print servers, and production print environments is required.
  • Proven ability to perform in time-sensitive or high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a Police Check, Working with Children Check, and AGSVA Security Clearance (preferred).
  • Flexibility to participate in an after-hours standby roster, including weekends as required.
  • Willingness to travel interstate for product training and development.
  • Current Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available).
  • Availability for an in-person interview at our Brisbane office.
