We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Professional to join our dynamic kitchen team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of our award-winning restaurant during service periods.

  • Manage service, lead the team, and ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Prepare and present menu items with creativity, variety, and flair.
  • Develop and train the team to deliver high-quality preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure effective stock rotation and minimize wastage.
  • Mentor junior chefs and coordinate their work.
  • Assist in implementing programs to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive team culture.

Candidates should possess relevant culinary training, minimum 2-3 years of experience in a hotel kitchen, strong knowledge of modern cuisine, cooking techniques, presentation skills, organizational skills, good communication skills, and a collaborative attitude with the kitchen brigade and service team.
