- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is highly desirable.
- A good understanding of HACCP regulations is necessary.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends, is required.
- Previous experience as a chef in a busy restaurant, club, hospital, or hotel food service environment is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work across multiple hospitals within our network.
