About the Role:- Manage lending commissions governance, including quality assurance reviews.
- Develop infrastructure to support commission operations and governance.
- Drive commission uplift initiatives from design through implementation.
The successful candidate will have excellent governance skills, a strong analytical mind, and business acumen. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with internal departments and external partners.
Requirements:- Previous experience working with home and/or business lending products.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
