Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Operations Analyst Customer Solutions.

This role will focus on improving internal processes, tools and systems that enable customers and stakeholders to interact with us effortlessly.

As a valued member of the Customer Solutions Team, you will be responsible for partnering with sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with relevant Sales Teams to understand their strategy/activity links to increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Salesforce process is efficient and regularly improved based on sales feedback.
  • Record anecdotal feedback in appropriate systems.

LOB Advocacy

Gain in-depth knowledge of customer segments, behaviours and interactions with sales teams and Viva to identify opportunities for improvement.

Increase sales team productivity by reducing time spent on administrative tasks through optimization or automation of identified activities.

Projects

Adopt Agile methodology on all projects.

Requirements

- Intermediate skills in JDE and Power BI.

- 2-4 years' experience in similar role.

- Demonstrated experience in report preparation and written correspondence.

- Ability to interpret operational information.

- Professional, positive and proactive attitude.

- Strong written communication skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.
