Print Production Specialist

The Print and Retail Producer is a crucial role in the Marketing Communications team. This position involves creating visual assets on behalf of the brand, maintaining the highest standards globally.

Responsibilities
  • Manage campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Develop print project specifications, estimate costs, and communicate any obstacles requiring additional funding.
  • Implement complex initiatives and recommend the best course of action for printed production considerations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of production, including press checks, bindery/fit checks, and installations as required to set and maintain color standards.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in print production, leading projects from concept through execution.
  • Strong color analysis skills, demonstrated experience working pre-press in RGB and CMYK, and leading press checks with an eye towards quality and detail.
  • History of developing supplier relationships (paper vendors, print partners).
  • Excellent project management skills, adaptability, and ability to pivot quickly.
