  • Lead a team of specialists responsible for machine installations, technical services support, training, spare parts warehousing, and equipment supply and demand planning.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining service excellence.
  • Manage relationships with third-party technical service suppliers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on equipment strategy and portfolio selection.
  • Manage equipment and spare parts inventory.
Key Qualifications

To excel in this Equipment Specialist Leader position, you should have:

  • At least 7 years' experience in a similar role, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Prior experience working with coffee equipment will be highly valued.
