In this role, you will:

  • Build and coach the team and help lead the culture

  • Identify areas for improvement and lead the change necessary to implement them
  • Help construct budgets and achieve strong commercial outcomes
  • Lead a safety-focused culture ensuring all policies, procedures, and practices are in place and being followed
  • Ensure all customers receive an exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure appropriate processes and systems are in place to support the growth of the business
  • Keep an eye on the long-term industry impacts and trends
  • Understand the competitive context and share ideas to increase market share
  • Look for ways to extract further value from suppliers
