Role Overview

As an Insurance Risk Management Coordinator at Gallagher Australia, you will play a vital role in servicing and growing a client portfolio through assisting senior brokers. This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask. You will be responsible for coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals, providing high-level customer service, and assisting in overall account management and debtor management. Additionally, you will seek opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies, and work with the Gallagher Service Centre to ensure accurate preparation of processes and information.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals
Providing high-level customer service with tight turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other key stakeholders
Assisting in overall account management and debtor management
Seeking opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies
Working with the Gallagher Service Centre to ensure accurate preparation of processes and information
Gathering relevant client information and identifying key issues to provide assistance to brokers
Ensuring 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and procedures
Keeping informed of industry trends by attending internal and external training sessions, industry seminars, etc.
Applying best business practices in all activities ethically, professionally, and with integrity

Requirements

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry. Alternatively, an interest in the insurance industry is also desirable.
