We are seeking a Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in various settings, including bars, restaurants, room service, and events.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, assisting with seating arrangements, and providing menus while describing menu items and answering questions.
Serving food and beverages promptly and according to standards, checking on guests regularly, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas are key responsibilities of this role.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, assist with seating arrangements, and provide menus
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Coordinate with the kitchen team and handle payments accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training provided)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
