Food and Beverage Service Professional

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
As a Food and Beverage Service Professional, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that all guests receive a friendly, warm welcome, prompt attention, and quick, efficient service. This includes assisting guests as they are seated, setting up and maintaining all service areas, and undertaking tasks of the barista or bartender.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring all tables and chairs are correctly positioned for each seating, and that all floors are spotlessly clean before the arrival of each guest and maintained during service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our guests.
- Assist guests as they are seated, and ensure orders are promptly collected from the kitchen when ready and carried to the guests appropriately.
- Set up and maintain all service areas and stations with sufficient mise en place for the length of service.
- Undertake tasks of the barista or bartender, including mixing a range of sophisticated drinks.
- Ensure tables and chairs are correctly positioned for each seating and that all floors are spotlessly clean before the arrival of each guest and maintained during service.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in Hospitality or Customer Service is desirable.
- Must possess current and valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
- Completed tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management are desirable.
- A high level of interpersonal skills in both oral and written communication.
- Time management and ability to follow directions.
- Good communication skills.
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Able to work on a rotating roster, both day and night shifts involving late starts and early finishes.
