The Organisational Resilience Senior Project Manager is a critical position within Electra Net, responsible for delivering business-wide projects to ensure regulatory and legislative compliance. This role is accountable for reducing Electra Net's net cyber security risk and reporting project progress to the Executive Group, Risk Audit and Compliance Committee, and the Electra Net Board.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, in budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities.
- Manage project teams, including senior leadership level compliance owners, while mitigating issues and risks.
- Report project progress to the Executive Group, Risk Audit and Compliance Committee, and the Electra Net Board.
- Ensure the success of projects is measured by the achievement of program objectives.
- Extensive project leadership experience with information technology, solutions design, acquisition, and related disciplines, preferably in a digital environment.
- Significant broad understanding of business and technology environments, risk management, and related protective Cyber and Compliance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within an agile environment for program and project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability and skills to manage and deliver projects to agreed quality standards, within budget and schedule constraints, preferably in a field related to cyber security or operational technology applications.
- Knowledge of all aspects of the discipline obtained through experience, networking, research, and other means of professional development.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e., Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative) and Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK) to projects.
- Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) - Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) or PRINCE2.
