Procurement Excellence: Unlocking Strategic Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of our procurement framework, ensuring seamless alignment with our business objectives. This pivotal role will drive strategic sourcing initiatives, foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and champion process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead negotiation efforts with contract owners to optimize commercial terms and drive value creation.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent procurement process, encompassing pre-qualification, tender management, contract preparation, and vendor selection.
  • Facilitate regular business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, evaluate future strategies, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Evaluate supply chains to ensure timely delivery and adherence to requirements.
  • Develop and implement reports to track financial performance and contract governance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Contract management and administration expertise.
  • A proven track record of driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Extensive experience in project-driven roles with a focus on planning and execution.
