Senior Workplace Health and Safety Officer

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to oversee the well-being of our workforce across various sites in Perth.
This key role involves ensuring compliance with relevant procedures, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with clients to develop recommendations for improved health and safety protocols.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Carrying out thorough risk assessments and monitoring adherence to established procedures
- Engaging with clients to discuss health and safety concerns and provide guidance on enhancing H&S practices
- Promoting a culture of health and safety within the organization through active consultation, engagement, and influence
To excel in this position, you will require advanced knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, including:
- Certificate IV in Health and Safety or equivalent
- Experience working with multi-site employers
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
