Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Site Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning our reverse vending machine installations to ensure reliable service and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive between all reverse vending machine sites within the assigned area, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to partners and occasionally members of the public, fostering positive relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization at all kiosk sites, removing debris and ensuring smooth operation.
  • Remove customer litter from kiosk sites and dispose of it at the nearest recycling centre, promoting a clean and safe environment.
  • Conduct regular site checks, reporting on general maintenance, safety hazards, and signs of vandalism, ensuring prompt attention to any issues that may impact operations.
Key Qualifications
  • A strong passion for recycling and the environment, with a keen eye for detail and motivation to maintain a clean work environment.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record, as well as physical fitness to handle manual lifting tasks.
  • A commitment to safety, ensuring everyone returns home safely after each shift.
  • An enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
