About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Integration Specialist to join our team at Iterate Recruitment Pty. As a key member of our Service Management Technology team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining custom integration points into Service Now, ensuring seamless data flows and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement custom integration points into Service Now, leveraging Service Graph Connectors, APIs, and Flow Designer.
  • Develop and maintain integration solutions to enhance data flows and improve system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration opportunities and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Service Now features and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve integration solutions and system performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Service Now integration, particularly with CMDB and asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and experience with APIs and workflows.
  • Ability to juggle BAU tasks and integration projects with ease, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and resolving complex integration issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
