About The RoleAs a Clinical Support Officer, you will play a vital administrative role in ensuring the effective operation of the Elective Orthopaedic Ward E3 at John Hunter Hospital. Your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Handling follow-up phone calls with professionalism and empathy
- Supporting After-Funeral Management with sensitivity and discretion
- General filing and document management, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping
- A proactive mindset and initiative, with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within a dynamic surgical setting
