We are looking for a skilled Sourcing Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing alternative factory options for existing products and sourcing factory options for new product design needs. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to navigate complex supply chains.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and sourcing, preferably in the furniture/mattress industry. They will be comfortable dealing with manufacturers from different countries and will have the ability to negotiate and evaluate tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source alternative factory options for existing products
  • Source factory options for new product design needs
  • Travel extensively to visit factories and meet with suppliers
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers
  • Negotiate and evaluate tenders

Requirements:

  • Experience in procurement and sourcing
