Caregiver for Older Adults

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our dedicated care team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting older adults with daily living activities.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is to provide person-centred care under the guidance of our clinical team. This involves assisting residents with personal care, meals, and refreshments, while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care tailored to individual resident needs.
- Support residents with meal planning and preparation.
- Accurately document care activities and report changes in resident wellbeing.
- Assist with daily tasks delegated by Registered or Enrolled Nurses.
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
- Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
