**Job Title:** Disability Employment Services Consultant

The role of the Disability Employment Services Consultant involves supporting participants to transform their lives. This position is part of a team that serves the Hervey Bay region from our Pialba office.

You will work with employers and participants to deliver tailored employment solutions. The role is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on achieving great outcomes and making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants to identify skills to become job ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and referrals to support services
  • Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willing to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
