We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Content Coordinator to join our Branding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Create and curate content, including filming and editing
  • Ensure a creative direction with brand storytelling to drive traffic and engagement
  • Schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and inquiries as a priority
  • Proactively evaluate, review, and suggest new ways to improve and grow brand presence
  • Monitor social media trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Assist with the creation of seasonal campaigns and photoshoots as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation for a fashion and/or beauty company
  • Qualifications in Digital Marketing, Communications, PR, and/or a related field
  • Proficiency in content creation tools
  • Excellent written communication and a creative flair to engage an audience
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Can-do approach and initiative
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
