Hudson Australia is seeking an experienced Digital Adviser to join our team in Melbourne CBD. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a critical role in assisting with content development and digital channel management for a government agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate digital channels, contribute to content curation and creation, reputation and issues management, and ensure compliance with digital, brand and communications guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Digital Manager, business area, content owners and communications teams to coordinate content planning and digital strategies that meet business needs and performance objectives.
  • Proactively manage the resolution or escalation of technical issues and the development of new features, modules or sections for the website.
  • Oversee regular reviews of digital channels, analyse data, and make evidence-based recommendations for improvements and optimisation.
  • Provide advice to stakeholders on digital best practice and standards compliance, and identify and manage issues, risks and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital channels, including setting objectives, planning and managing workload, and reviewing and adjusting as required.
  • Expertise in content strategy and content management, information architecture, user experience and interaction design, performance measurement/analytics, and compliance with digital standards and guidelines.
  • Strong analytical skills, including reviewing data, synthesising insights, and developing requirements for new features.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including building relationships, negotiating and influencing, and providing specialist advice to stakeholders.
