Job Title: Employment Lawyer

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to provide employment law advice and support. As a trusted adviser, you will deliver expert guidance on employment matters for our group/affiliated businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling employment tribunal litigation, transactional/project support, and ad hoc advisory work on the full range of employment matters.
  • Reporting to a senior employment lawyer and working alongside a team of professionals in the wider legal department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Confidence, ability to think on your feet, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a case load with autonomy and good time management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
