The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in revenue generation, community engagement, and brand amplification.

A background in the private sector will be highly desirable.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 115 staff spread across 18 locations in south-eastern Victoria.

  • Drive the organisation's evolution as a dynamic network of modern libraries.
  • Develop innovative strategies to grow revenue and establish partnerships.
  • Engage communities through new initiatives and programs.
  • Promote the Myli brand through effective marketing and communication.
