Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Test Data Management initiatives. As a seasoned consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust test data strategies and solutions tailored to specific project needs.

Your role will involve leading program management efforts, coordinating test data refresh and masking activities, and gathering testing and data masking compliance requirements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science/related discipline, proficiency in stakeholder and program management, and strong capability in devising and implementing test data strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing robust test data strategies and solutions
  • Leading program management efforts for Test Data Management initiatives
  • Coordinating test data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications
  • Gathering testing and data masking compliance requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in stakeholder and program management
  • Strong capability in devising and implementing test data strategies and solutions
  • Expertise in test data masking, subsetting, and cleansing techniques
  • Familiarity with test data profiling, data quality assessment, and KPI tracking
  • Experience in managing test scenario and requirement gathering processes, as well as estimating and provisioning test data
  • Ability to provide pre-sales support, including crafting proposals, solutions, and estimates
  • Hands-on experience with database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL for enterprise applications
  • Advanced scripting skills using SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, and JCL are advantageous
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP, and Endevor
  • Prior experience with Test Data Management tools like Broadcom CA TDM, Compuware FileAid, and RDX
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in an accredited institution is required. 10-15 years of experience with Information Technology is also necessary.
