Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage the day-to-day supply chain operations of our company.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Logistics team to deliver exceptional service and support to our global customer base, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.

The goal is to ensure the smooth execution of various channels, aiming for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the transportation of products from one destination to another.
  • Coordinate logistics activities to meet customer demand with minimal delay.
  • Pick, pack, and ship inventory functions.
  • Take proactive steps to avoid quality control issues.
  • Maintain optimal warehouse capacity and organization.
  • Manage activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to meet established deadlines.
  • Audit, Test, and Receive in Purchase orders.
  • Ensure shipping compliance for internationally and domestic shipments.
  • Schedule and coordinate pickups and drop offs.
  • Manage high-volume administrative tasks while maintaining self-organization.

Requirements:

  • Technical School graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational strengths and procedural mindset with understanding of quality management principles.
  • Ability to analyze data and understand connections.
  • Talent for recognizing opportunities for process improvement.
  • 2 years of experience in logistics, IT, or supply chain related fields required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Able to lift above 65lbs.
  • Flexible schedules, including nights or weekends, preferred.
