Job Description

The role of Product Specialist is a key position in training and supporting distributors and end-customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive training, consultancy, and guidance to customers on the effective use of our products.
  • Facilitate understanding and usage through classroom, webinar, and remote training initiatives.
  • Assist sales teams at events, conferences, and exhibitions throughout ANZ.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal team members and external clients for seamless communication and support.
  • Prepare equipment for relevant courses including product hardware and software configuration.

The ideal candidate possesses a dental background, experience as a Product Specialist or Trainer, and knowledge of dental CAD/CAM and our products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Dental background or experience as a Product Specialist, Trainer, or Application Specialist within the dental industry.
  • Experience with dental CAD/CAM and specifically with our products is beneficial.
  • Natural aptitude for new technologies in dentistry.
  • Knowledge and insights into the work and needs of dentists and dental technicians.
  • Excellent customer care and customer satisfaction mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for traveling and excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and good intercultural skills.
