Print Production Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the screen printing process. This involves exposing film to screens, washing and drying printed screens, preparing inks for print runs, and assisting screen printers as needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to compare ink prepared for print runs with master color swatches to ensure accuracy and inspect products for defects.
Your daily responsibilities will include ensuring timely and thorough screen cleaning and reclamation, maintaining high-quality standards in screen preparation and cataloging, and preparing inks and screens for production.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Ability to expose film to screens and prepare inks for print runs
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Ability to compare ink prepared for print runs with master color swatches
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OH&S) practices
