The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Midwife to join our team. As a Primary Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality clinical services, patient care, health promotion, and education as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver antenatal and postnatal care, and infant primary health care services in accordance with our policy and procedures.
- Work in a cross-cultural service environment, particularly in Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health care.
- Collaborate with a dedicated and passionate multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
- Develop and implement health promotion and education programs to improve health outcomes for our community.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing/Midwifery.
- Fully registered as a Registered Nurse/Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR).
- Current Criminal History Check.
- Working with Children Clearance.
- Current NT Drivers License.
- Previous experience in working in a cross-cultural service environment, particularly in Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health care.
