Wurli-Wurlinjang Health Service is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation delivering primary and clinical health care services to the Aboriginal people in Katherine and surrounding communities.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Midwife will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality clinical services, patient care, health promotion and education as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
The role is responsible for the delivery of client services (antenatal and postnatal care, and infant primary health care) in accordance with Wurli's policy and procedures, care is directed and in line with the CARPA standard treatment manual and applicable legislation and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor of Nursing / Midwifery
- Fully Registered as Registered Nurse/Midwife with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
- Current Criminal History Check
- Working with Children Clearance
- Current NT Drivers License
- Previous experience in working in a cross cultural service environment, particularly in Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander health care
