Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing effective frameworks and talent pipelines
  • Supporting and developing best practice onboarding processes for leaders
  • Leading end-to-end talent initiatives, from strategic sourcing and internal mobility to co-creating capability plans with business leaders

You will be successful in this role if you can:

  • Drive growth in internal mobility, succession planning, and our overall talent movement
  • Embed EVP and workforce insights into talent initiatives and strategic workforce planning
  • Develop and implement inclusive, data-driven strategies to attract, grow, and retain high-performing talent
