We are seeking a skilled and proactive Enterprise Applications Support Specialist to join our team at Hudson Australia. This role focuses on providing comprehensive support for enterprise business applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365).
This will be an initial 12-month contract with strong extension possibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver First and Second-Level Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients for enterprise business applications, particularly MS D365.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with various teams and vendors to resolve issues and handle requests while adhering to service standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Create and Maintain Documentation: Develop and maintain clear process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless support.
- Advise on System Enhancements: Provide guidance to management, clients, and team members on potential enhancements to business application systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Assist with System Upgrades: Collaborate with the Product Support Senior Systems Administrator and CRM Product Lead on system upgrades, testing, and maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate Change Releases: Work with the Product Support Senior Systems Administrator to coordinate change releases in collaboration with various teams.
- Manage System-Related Incidents: Participate in managing system-related incidents and emergency responses alongside the Product Support Senior Systems Administrator.
- Monitor and Assign Support Requests: Utilize a rostering system to monitor and assign incoming support requests, including participating in an on-call roster for after-hours support.
- Engage in Operational Programs: Participate in operational programs and projects aimed at enhancing systems and supporting changing business requirements.
- Uphold Ethical Practice: Adhere to contemporary standards of ethical practice, ensure a safe workplace, and contribute to a diverse and effective team environment.
This position is tailored for candidates with experience in supporting cloud-based enterprise applications rather than technical roles focused on Windows or Microsoft Office applications. Candidates should have some exposure to enterprise application support and be adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
Qualifications:- Experience in Enterprise Applications Support: Possess experience in supporting enterprise applications, with a focus on cloud-based systems and MS D365 preferred.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to create clear and detailed documentation.
- Commitment to Ethical Practice: Demonstrate a commitment to ethical practice, equity, diversity, and a positive team environment.
- Flexibility: Be flexible to participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support.
